Shadforth | Junior Procurement Officer (Pipe & Infrastructure)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Officer to assist our Pipe Crew Teams across South East Queensland and Northern NSW.
This role will provide administrative support to the procurement team by assisting in sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials for pipe and infrastructure projects.

This full-time role will be based at our Head Office in Forest Glen, Sunshine Coast.
The position offers a 5-day work week, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities Liaise with and support the pipe crew project teams, resolving procurement queriesComplete take-offs for site works including sewer, stormwater, and waterCreate and issue purchase ordersPerform administrative tasksAbout You: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-drivenStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and WordStrong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in the civil construction industry is highly regarded, but not essentialCurrent driver's license with reliable transportWhat's in it for you?
