About the role: As an ICT Integration Engineer, you will report to our Apps Services Team Leader and work from our Eight Mile Plains head office as a crucial part of a talented team of 15 IT professionals. Seymour Whyte is embarking on an exciting journey to transform our Internal systems. This strategic initiative aims to enhance our agility, scalability, and innovation capabilities. This role involves developing, optimising, and managing integrations within our iPaaS environment. The ICT Integration Engineer works across various enterprise systems, supporting HR, Legal, Finance, and Pre-contracts and our projects ensuring seamless data flow, optimisation and integration of systems.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain integration solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Design integration architecture and manage integration points. Implement solutions aligned with business requirements, conducting thorough testing for data integrity and functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly. Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders; provide technical guidance and support. Document integration processes, perform regular maintenance, and monitor system performance. The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as an Integration Engineer or in a similar role. Familiarity with integration platforms like Informatica, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Apache Camel. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Strong knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services, and data formats like JSON and XML. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
