We work to give people reproductive choices.MSI Australia operates a network of 10 clinics, a national telemedicine service providing comprehensive termination of pregnancy, vasectomy services from 25 locations and national family planning support.Position title: Nurse Unit Manager Department: Sydney ClinicsReports to: Director – Nursing & OperationsDirect reports: Associate Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurses, Registered Nurses, Medical Administration Assistants, CSSD TechniciansHours per week: Full-time, 38 hoursDuration: PermanentPosition purpose: Our Nurse Unit Managers lead our clinics with purpose to provide safe, high-quality client-centred care, whilst also ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations such as people management, rostering and payroll, financial planning and budget management, managing clinical & OHS risk and ensuring MSI Australia provides best practice, quality care and solutions in line with our internal policies and procedures. Our Westmead clinic is open across Monday to Friday, with lists providing Surgical Termination of Pregnancy, Medical Termination of Pregnancy, Long-Acting-Reversible-Contraception, and Vasectomy. Our Macquarie street clinic is open 3-4 days per week, with lists providing Medical Termination of Pregnancy and Long-Acting-Reversible-Contraception.The Nurse Unit Manager role is a full-time, salaried position, reporting to our Director of Nursing & Operations.
