Position Overview The Project Approvals Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and administering the pre-development planning process.
This position is responsible for overseeing the submission and tracking of Project documentation from initiation through to commencement of construction, ensuring alignment with all internal stakeholders and compliance with regulatory processes.

The role will also facilitate key collaboration meetings at critical project milestones, ensuring stakeholders adhere to the Management of Change (MOC) process, and report on status against project scope.
This is a fixed term position for 12 months.

Main Responsibilities Acting as the point of contact for the business to submit PIN documentation, enabling the commencement of the project approvals planning process Systematically administering and tracking all proposed Senex projects from PIN through desktop review, on-ground scout, request for approvals to Authority to Work (commencement) Coordinating key collaboration meetings at relevant project development milestones (PIN, desktop review, post scout review) between Project Managers and Access and Approvals SMEs Ensuring that field teams are adequately resourced and prepared to successfully execute survey and scout portions of the process Ensuring all stakeholders rigorously follow Senex MOC processes and report on MOC status against scope Actively contributing to building a #J-18808-Ljbffr
