About The Role
Based at our head office in Sydney's Norwest business park, we are seeking a bright, enthusiastic personality to work in our Settlements Team.
The role would suit a recent school leaver with office experience aspiring to a career in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Settlements Supervisor, responsibilities will include:
Understanding credit policy as a guideline to all our settlement requirements.Constant monitoring of any inbound requests for settlement to ensure they are actioned in a timely manner.Timely checking of loan documentation prior to issuing to our brokers to ensure any outstanding requirements are met.Ensuring settlement figures for disbursement are accurately recorded in the system so that payments are sent to the correct bank accounts.Correctly creating PPSR registrations for each loan contract.Completing a recorded call confirmation with each customer at settlement and referring any issues during that call.Issuing payment remittance to both suppliers and brokers once settlement has been completed.Issue of welcome packs to our customers once settlement has been completed.Post-settlement: communicating & following up with other financiers to remove PPSR securities on any refinance matters.What you'll bring to the table
You have office experience or are a graduate looking to build a career in finance with an established finance company.
You will demonstrate the following:
