What Your Day Looks Like Respond promptly and professionally to broker and other third-party enquiries to sufficiently resolve any loan-related issues.Accurately and efficiently complete loan document requests including vehicle booking.Accurately and efficiently validate loan documents, invoices, and prepare the settlement file.Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.Accurately disburse funds.Maintain accurate records for legal and audit purposes.Perform basic office maintenance.Operate in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the NCCP and Privacy Act and the Finance One Credit Policy.Identify fraudulent applications and potential fraud risks.Positively contribute to team culture and department goals.About You Qualification in Admin or Business: Desirable but not required. We welcome entry-level candidates with the right attitude!Tech Savvy: Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and email. Experience with Front & FinPower software is a bonus.Exceptional People Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to connect and collaborate effectively.Effective Communicator: Solid written and verbal communication skills.Numeracy & Literacy: Confidence with numbers and reading comprehension.Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for accuracy and thoroughness.Customer-Focused: Dedicated to delivering great customer service.Team Player: Passionate about contributing to team success and shared goals.At Finance One, we recognize the importance of our people.
