What's the role? We currently have two opportunities to join our Settlements Team as a Settlements Officer.
The key function of the Settlements Officer is to manage Plenti's loan settlements with exceptional standards and to ensure settlements are actioned accurately and in a timely manner.
Through working with a number of stakeholders, prioritizing and actioning work, our aim is to help create a business that is servicing our customers quicker than our competitors.
In this role you will prepare Settlement documentation by reviewing and verifying against business requirements.
You'll act as an internal and external escalation point to ensure Settlements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will think like a customer and never forget that our customers are what it's all about.
They will make it happen in a simple 'do it together fashion' to get the job done.
They will do what's right knowing that our decisions matter, which will inevitably lead us to be the best.
What type of skill set will make you successful? Ensure data is entered correctly and matches supporting documentation Must be resilient and open to change Effectively interpret and prioritize workload to ensure that deadlines are met.
