About the role The Settlement Administration Officer is responsible for processing and managing settlement transactions efficiently and accurately.
This role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth settlement processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The officer will handle various administrative tasks related to settlements, including documentation, data entry, and reporting.
They will also assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the settlement process.
Key Responsibilities Process and manage settlement transactions.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth settlement processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Handle administrative tasks related to settlements, including documentation and data entry.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
Assist in resolving issues or discrepancies during the settlement process.
Collaborate with team members to improve settlement processes and procedures.
Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed.
About You The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using settlement systems and software.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to settlements.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
