We are seeking an accredited trainer to join our team at genU Training.
As a Sessional Trainer, you will conduct initial training reviews, assess learner competencies and deliver dynamic and professional training to existing and potential clients! We are looking for someone who is flexible with training delivery hours and willing to travel to deliver on-site training.
We are offering generous hourly rates from $55.90 per hour commensurate with experience! Position based in Ballarat, Victoria. As a Sessional Trainer you will:
Deliver high quality services to existing and potential leanersFollow and contribute to continuous improvementSuccessful and timely completion of all documents/reporting to a high standard in terms of quality and complianceHave a positive contribution to the training teamDeliver training to participants in both classroom, workplace and e-learning environmentsAbout YouAs a Sessional Trainer you are an exceptional individual with the skills and enthusiasm to provide our learners with an engaging and meaningful learning experience.
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor orTAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:TAELL411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A, andTAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B orDiploma or higher-level qualification in adult educationVocational competency and currency in the one or more of the following courses:Disability SupportMental HealthIndividual Support Community ServicesAlcohol & Other DrugsCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtainNDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate of completion or willingness to completeCurrent Working with Children Check or willingness to obtainPlease email for a copy of the position description outlining further details of the role.
