Sessional Academics - School Of Design

The School of Design is looking to establish a pool of Sessional Academics who can support with learning and teaching across a broad range of study areas in the Impact Labs & Foundation Units (Impact Labs and Foundation units are taught in the first year of the degree and cross all four disciplines.
Applicants must have experience in Transdisciplinary teaching and be interested in either Design Fabrication/Design Visualisation/Design Consequence/Emerging Design Technologies/Design ideation for place and context/society and systems)For further information on all the school's units offered, please see the details and units tab.Explore this course section accessible via the links provide above.Successful applicants will have the following:Minimum of an undergraduate degree in an area relevant to DesignRelevant and current industry experienceExperience of teaching and/or assessing skillsDemonstrate a willingness to undertake an induction to QUT and complete mandatory on-line training as required for all staff at QUT.Additional InformationSuccessful applicants may be contacted by Unit Coordinators and may receive request/s to work in areas that match their profile.
