This role will be based in Darwin working on a Monday to Friday basis.Role Responsibilities:Leadership and management of all aspects of the site-based Scaffolding, Rigging and Crane Operations teams, including Supervisors, Coordinators and Craft.Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to onshore maintenance requirements.Liaise with internal and client senior leaders to ensure work priorities are achieved and site is adequately provided with all "Services".Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information as required. Review and approval of work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution.Develop accurate detailed estimates and schedules for work scopes based upon various available technical documentation and experience.Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans.Management and accountability of specialist Subcontractor personnel.Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement.Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP.We provide the benefits you'd expect from a leading Australian company, but what makes us different?Our work.
