Services Support Technician (Gn)

Key Responsibilities: Support in the development and implementation of our service projects.Coordination of site personnel and suppliers.Customer service and coordination, ensuring successful project completion (on time, on budget, and on quality).Monitoring and overseeing compliance with all regulations during the various phases of the project.Develop Shutdown management plans, Labour and Tooling requirements.Develop Scope of Work Procedures and Post Shutdown Reports.Work closely with the Client, KOCH Solutions Engineering and Site Services Superintendent.Qualifications: Technical professional background with several years of experience in technical customer consulting, servicing, and optimization consulting, ideally in plant engineering and Stockyard Machines.Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Trade Background, with Supervisory Experience (S26).Safety Leadership for Supervisors training.Knowledge and understanding of HSE Requirements and WHS Act and Regulations.Knowledge of legal requirements and regulations.Good organisational and IT skills.Ability to travel when required.Benefits: Competitive salary package.Five weeks annual leave.Professional growth development.Collaborative environment with outstanding culture and company events.Strong pipeline of service projects across Mining and Bulk Materials Handling. #J-18808-Ljbffr
