What You'll DoOpportunity Identification, Qualification, and Closure:Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities for Teradata services portfolio, including consulting, managed services, and transaction services.Align with Account Teams:Work closely with Account Executives/Teams on the Services business plan and execution.Customer Engagement:Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations, engaging at all levels from Senior Executives to Database Administrators (DBAs).Account Planning:Define and enhance account plans and strategies to drive Annual Recurring Revenue growth and Services Revenue.Opportunity Management:Identify, develop, and own Services opportunities within assigned accounts and industry, maintaining the funnel in Salesforce.Proposal Development:Manage the development of proposals, Statements of Work, and Bid Review documents.Solution Delivery:Direct and support the design, execution, and delivery of customer solutions, including participation in client steering committees, project audits, and quality checks.Issue Resolution:Act as the point of contact for issue resolution and managing escalations.Global Development Centers Collaboration:Position cost-effective offshore/dual shore opportunities and engage GDC resources during positioning, selling, and delivery.Who You'll Work WithAccount Executives/Teams:Collaborate on the Services business plan and execution.Customers:Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer organizations.Program Managers and Project Managers:Work together to scope, plan, cost estimate, and price opportunities.Global Development Centers (GDC):Collaborate to position and deliver cost-effective solutions.What Makes You a Qualified CandidateEducational Background:BS, MBA, or MS in business, technical, or professional discipline or equivalent work experience.Industry Experience:10+ years in the IT industry or related experience with a broad perspective.Sales Experience:Proven experience in selling IT services to large Australian organizations.Customer Relationship Management:Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships effectively.Consultative Skills:Strong consultative, communicative, writing, and presentation skills.Business Management:Experience in engagement management with multiple project streams and complex services implementations.Analytical Skills:Ability to scope and create action plans through business needs analysis, including critical thinking and analytical reasoning.What You'll BringPassion and Energy:High energy, responsive, and results-driven with a passion to win.Entrepreneurial Spirit:Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success.Team Orientation:Strong orientation towards people, customers, and teamwork.Matrixed Organization Experience:Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.Travel Flexibility:Willingness to travel locally up to 50% and occasionally internationally for training.#LI-AB4
