Services Manager

Lendlease currently has an opportunity for a Services Manager to join our team in QLD to help guide and deliver on our upcoming projects.
As a Services Manager with Lendlease, you will play a key role in managing the detailed design for building services packages, whilst managing subcontractors and service suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality, and always ensuring elevated levels of Health & Safety.
To be successful you will need: 7+ years of experience in the industry within construction or consultancy.Must have some experience with a contractor.Previous experience working on large-scale projects ($100m +), where you will have managed complex building services packages (mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and hydraulic).Effective communication and leadership skills will be essential as you will be managing multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.Making yourself accountable for driving client-driven outcomes and safety initiatives.About Lendlease With a national delivery capability, combined with a sector-focused approach, Lendlease Construction provides innovative and industry-leading project management, design, and construction services driven by detailed sector knowledge and experience.
