Job Description As our Services Manager role you will support the day-to-day operations of our Tier IV Data Centre. By implementing and maintaining highly effective and efficient maintenance programs for all data centre systems (electrical, mechanical, fire, security etc.) you will ensure services are delivered in line with business needs and contractual obligations. You'll also get to participate in the on-call roster.
Responsible for the early detection of facility issues and engaging third party suppliers where required, you will review and identify improvements to maintenance contracts services to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
Delivering NEXTDC's customer requirements in accordance with SLA's and NEXTDC's best practice.
Qualifications Experience in managing experienced technicians.
Working with technicians to develop onsite training requirements, career paths plans, ensuring team engagement and continuity.
3+ years of Data Centre / critical environment facilities management.
Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
Electrical/mechanical trades cert would be advantageous.
Must be an Australian Citizen for Security Clearance.
