Who we're looking for: We are actively searching for experienced individuals who are looking to further develop their career as a Services Engineer or Senior Services Engineer. This is specifically for our John Hunter Health and Innovation Project where you will join an experienced team that understands the importance of a collaborative, focused and results driven working environment.
As a Services Engineer within Multiplex, you will be responsible to the Services Manager; and you will be required to assist the services manager in the design, install, completion and handover of multidiscipline services, and provide accurate document control and management. You will also manage regular interactions with Suppliers, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Client, regulatory bodies, councils, and industry bodies.
This is a key role on our team, and we are seeking individuals whom are familiar across various disciplines of building services. This includes electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and fire.
Prior experience working as a Services Engineer within a commercial construction head contractor environment Technical knowledge, experience or understanding in the installation of building services across multidiscipline services - including Electrical, Mechanical, hydraulics and fire Understanding the application of various rating tools including Greenstar, ABGR, BERS, BASIX, etc. Ideally hold tertiary qualifications in HVAC Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building, trade qualifications or equivalent experience We invite applications from people of all genders, cultures and walks of life.
