ABOUT THE ROLEAssist the Services Manager in the safe, coordinated and successful management of services packages to achieve project targets.
Ensure all undertakings are executed in accordance with The ADCO Way.
RESPONSIBILITIESContribute to tenders as required, particularly in ensuring that services scope is fully understood, and in identifying risks and opportunitiesReview consultant and subcontractor quotations against scopeReview and contribute to the documents and plans that govern the project delivery, and ensure that these are in line with project, business and legislative requirementsCoordinate with the Design Manager and Project Manager to manage the design of services packages in line with project plansAssist in the management of site works throughout the duration of the project and commissioning, to ensure defect-free handoverReview project documents to ensure compliance with relevant project delivery plans and contractual requirementsContribute information and knowledge into the compilation of project documentsABOUT YOUTertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services EngineeringPrevious experience working with a tier 1/2 building contractor on large scale and major projectsExperience in design and construction/installationExperience in commissioning of all services #J-18808-Ljbffr
