IT, Networking and Internet ServicesVoice, Data, Security Services, and Electrical contracting.We are seeking a dedicated and organised Service Coordinator to join our team in West Ipswich. You will play a crucial role in our Client Care Team ensuring seamless delivery of client services, coordinating stock and schedules, and providing excellent customer support. You will be responsible for:
Coordinating service appointments and schedules for field technicians.Liaising between clients and technicians to ensure clear communication and timely service.Overseeing supplier arrangements, stock supply, control, and pricing.Using job-management software to maintain accurate records, process paperwork, and prepare quotes for follow-up works. Monitoring service progress and follow up as required.Providing exceptional customer service, including telephone reception and responding to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Collaborating with other team members to prioritise and schedule service requests.Assisting in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance service delivery.We are looking for: Excellent organisational and time-management skills.A proactive and solutions focussed approach.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.The ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and thrive in a dynamic team environment, we would love to receive your application.
