About the Division The Information Management and Technology Division (IMTD) guides the department's digital capability and is leading digital transformation for the department including Victorian government schools.
The Division architects, manages and supports the largest technology network in Victoria, supporting a user base of approximately 750,000 staff and students.
IMTD provides innovation and leadership in the transformation and management of the department's digital capability through the implementation of solutions on the department's cloud environment (IaaS), enterprise cloud platforms (PaaS) and software (SaaS), using agile practices with a focus on user experience, security, and integration.
About the Role The purpose of the ServiceNow Test Analyst position is to provide competent test management services in support of important and complex business applications projects, using industry accepted testing practice and techniques.

Proficient in digital literacy, they integrate advanced capabilities into service delivery, manage stakeholders effectively, and communicate persuasively with a focus on continuous development, accountability, and innovation.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience Demonstrated experience in the development of testing documentation (test strategy, test plans, test scripts, test results).Demonstrated experience in the design and execution of automation testing frameworks and execution.Demonstrated experience in using business requirements and functional specifications/technical designs to inform test strategy, test plans and test scripts (manual and automated).Tertiary qualifications/accreditation in a related discipline would be advantageous.Further Information For more details regarding this position please see the attached position description for the capabilities to address in application.
