As a ServiceNow Platform Technical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring long-term platform stability and optimal enhancement deployment.

What you'll do The role responsibilities include:
Develop strong internal relationships with key stakeholders and subject-matter experts across the organization.Elicit, gather, and determine requirements with stakeholders.Assess business problems quickly and determine the root cause and provide solution alternatives.Research, design, and write stories for approved ServiceNow enhancements that do not introduce technical debt or platform instability.Lead the discussion for approved ServiceNow enhancements and coordinate with developers and business stakeholders to ensure a successful deployment.Adhere to ServiceNow best practices when writing stories (code best practices, update sets, table relationships, application customization, etc.
).Identify technical debt, platform, and/or application issues and write detailed stories for their remediation.Adhere to Worley Change Management principles to ensure the stability of sub-production and production environments.What you'll have Demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow Administrator & Developer.Experience with Finance Service Management, HAM, HRSD, and ITOM applications.Strong understanding of Users, Groups, Roles, and Security models in ServiceNow.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.Why you should apply Take advantage of our global online learning platform!Competitive remuneration & employee benefits.Enjoy a varied & challenging role.Career development opportunities beyond this role.Moving forward together We want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
