What we are looking for: Extensive experience leading a DevOps delivery team >3 years' experience in a ServiceNow development Hold ServiceNow System Administrator or similar certification Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow ITOM, service mapping and discovery, and event management. Capabilities / Certifications in at least one of the following is desirable: ITSM, SPM, Service Portal, and IntegrationHub. Demonstrated expertise in DevOps ways of working, tooling, and processes Experience designing, deploying and operating ServiceNow in an enterprise-scale, multi-vendor IT Service Management environment Lead and develop the skills of a team of junior developers Raising defects and issues including logging, tracking, retesting, and updating of all defects/issues in a timely manner. Location: Melbourne preferred. Adelaide, Canberra and Sydney considered.
