Purpose of the Role: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise workflow solutions while providing technical leadership for business initiatives. The role involves continuous improvement of ServiceNow systems, challenging the status quo, and enhancing the overall performance of workflow solutions. You will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and upgrading enterprise systems, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and resilient to meet future business demands.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows and customisations to meet business requirements.Design and implement new features and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical issues to optimise performance and ensure system compliance with security policies, industry standards, and regulations.Collaborate with key business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective delivery of solutions.Lead and advocate for continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing platform reliability, scalability, and efficiency.Automate processes, deployments, and integrations in collaboration with Cloud Platform and Development teams.Implement monitoring and alerting tools to proactively address system issues.Provide expert technical support and guidance to internal teams as a Subject Matter Expert.Document solutions, share knowledge, and provide training to other team members.Qualifications and ExperienceStrong experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and modules.Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs.Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including Workflow, CMDB, Incident, Problem, and Change Management modules.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining security and compliance standards.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to a high-performing team environment.Experience with ServiceNow integrations (SSO, LDAP, Web Services, etc.).Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., AngularJS) and other web technologies.Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer) are a plus.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.This is an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer to drive innovation and contribute to impactful enterprise solutions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
