The Role: Reporting to the Digital Platforms Manager you will: Build, support and enhance integrations with customer ITSM tools and internal business applications utilising both pro-code and low-code tools.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows and custom scripts leveraging strong JavaScript and GraphQL programming skills.
Perform platform development, administration, design and configuration of solutions and enhancements Provide end user support to improve general usage and adoption of the platform Actively contribute to team discussions to identify areas for improvement and be an advocate for No and Low-code solutions Have a willingness to learn new ServiceNow skills and related Web development concepts to contribute to platform innovation About You: A passionate ServiceNow developer, you will be experienced in: Utilising JavaScript, GraphQL, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow API's ServiceNow administration and configuration Working in an Agile environment within a collaborative team Information Security Management Systems, with the ability to effectively apply across all workplace practices.
You will have: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to break down complex issues and develop root cause analysis and solutions.
Ability to implement ITIL best practices to contribute to desired project outcomes General understanding of ITIL and ITSM Processes Basic understanding of Microsoft Administration environments and tools eg AD, SCCM Experience with technical writing and document management/control practices Who is Data#3?
