Servicenow Developer

We are seeking a dedicated Service Now Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with nominated personnel to deliver a range of services related to Service Now.
Your responsibilities will include configuration, administration, documentation, and support tasks, all performed under the guidance of staff.
Key Responsibilities: Scope and refine backlog Service Now configuration and administration Escalation of issues and risks with team structure Develop and maintain testing and training documentation Process documentation Respond to reported problems, performing fault diagnosis, analysis and rectification tasks Provide or assist in the analysis of enhancements as requested by business areas Support, design, configure, test and implement Service Now functions and methods Assist in the development and documentation of technical design standards and work within those standards Participate in code reviews Mentor and perform skills transfer to other team members Record and maintain files/information in accordance with AFP requirements Work in an Agile team environment and with a variety of stakeholders Qualifications: Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance Apply Now: To be considered, please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your qualifications and experience.
