We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile
Specialist ServiceNow
to join our client's team in Perth, on a contract role available until the end of June 2025.
As the Specialist ServiceNow, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability, supportability, and compliance of the platform, while also spearheading its development and strategic growth. You will split your time between 60% Development and 40% Consultation & Strategy, working to build ServiceNow capabilities that enhance business efficiency and reduce manual work through integrations and automation.
Please note:
This role requires onsite presence with the option for 1 day WFH per week, so candidates must be based in Perth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
Collaborate with technology team members and business stakeholders to develop and maintain the vision and direction for the ServiceNow platform.
Participate in the design and implementation of tactical and strategic plans to meet client's operational needs and business goals.
Platform Development & Engineering:
Spearhead the design and implementation of new platform capabilities based on business processes and requirements.
Develop, implement, and integrate ServiceNow applications and customise the platform to meet business needs.
Lead ServiceNow application development and platform integrations, ensuring all solutions are fit for purpose.
Utilise ServiceNow reporting tools and advanced Performance Analytics for effective data-driven insights.
Operational Management:
Manage daily platform administration, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity across ITSM, ITOM, Service Portfolio Management, and Source to Pay modules.
Lead ServiceNow platform upgrades, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to best practices.
Implement security settings, access controls, and compliance protocols.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow experience, including development, administration, and implementation.
Proven experience leading platform upgrades.
ITILv3 or equivalent service delivery methodology experience.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certifications are required.
