About the Role:
As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will:
Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and propose tailored ServiceNow solutions.Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of ServiceNow modules.Provide expert advice on ServiceNow best practices and ensure alignment with business goals.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower users and stakeholders.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow capabilities and drive innovation in deployments.What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant (minimum 2 years preferred).Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or CSM.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development and configuration, including workflows, scripting, and integrations.ServiceNow certifications (e.g., System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.A problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering impactful outcomes.Why Join Vectiq?
