The Opportunity At Sysintegra, we are looking for a ServiceNow Lead Consultant, responsible for overall design, mapping of client business requirements to systems/technical requirements. The role is required to work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans.
Requirements Skills: Strong in ServiceNow experience with hands-on design & deployment experience and mapping of client business requirements to systems/technical requirements. IT service management solution implementation experience, with hands-on development, design and deployment experience in the ServiceNow platform. Knowledge of each client's situation; advocating for the most scalable, supportable, and dependable solution for each change to be created or implemented. Expertise in developing and presenting business case material with senior prospect and customers. Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects. Proficient in front end and/or backend technologies (XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly Script, Web Services, etc.). Lead developer for a variety of clients across a wide range of applications, developing tailored solutions that adhere to best practices and support practice of developing intellectual property (IP). Client interaction to discuss outstanding items, identify technical improvements, and seek out new opportunities by educating clients on development and quality standards. Coach and mentor co-workers on technical and procedural items through one-on-one sessions or small group workshops. Analyse and troubleshoot to demonstrate technical and professional skill sets. Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings/marketing events. Qualifications: Strong industry experience. Background and deep experience with ServiceNow are mandatory with accreditations covering the full range of ServiceNow products. Engaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios. Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple campaigns at the same time. Desired Certification: Certified implementation specialist in any module (ITSM, GRC, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, etc.).
