A 2 month contract with possible extension is on offer for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator
Responsibilities
Control/coordinate a range of ICT Services functions relating to the support and enhancement of ICT applications
Contribute to the development/adoption of new techniques and methodologies that support policy development and implementation, in relation to the support and enhancement of ICT applications
Implement/undertake projects as required to meet defined outcomes
Key Outcomes
Provide subject matter guidance regarding the ServiceNow core system and custom applications
Establish effective relationships with all personnel including program and project managers, and other business partners
Develop technical solutions as defined by management
Facilitate roll out of new applications and modules
Perform day to day support and maintenance tasks
Develop, configure and improve core and custom applications and work directly with end users to resolve support issues
Coordinate application and platform upgrades, load, manipulate, and maintain data between systems
Control\coordinates\undertake a range of ICT Services functions relating to the support and enhancement of ICT applications by undertaking the analysis, design, coding, testing, modifying, implementing, release and documentation of ICT applications according to ICT standards, agreed timelines and defined outcomes
Provide software coding and customisation including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting and custom application development
Requirements
Proven ability to identify and analyse problems and to design and code practical solutions within the constraints of existing development frameworks and standards, and where applicable, provide input into the improvement processes and standards that relate to the development and support of ICT application systems.
Proven ability to proactively determine and negotiate priorities and manage time effectively to meet defined outcomes and timelines while working under broad parameters with limited supervision.
A proven knowledge of ICT application systems analysis, design and development lifecycles, methodologies and techniques coupled with sound knowledge and understanding of the need for and commitment to the use of standards in all areas of ICT application systems development and support
Proven ability to work effectively as a member of a specialist team, under limited direction and set goals, to determine, plan and organise team work priorities to ensure team goals are achieved while maintaining accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to promoting and creating a safe and inclusive work environment; and the legislative requirements of Equal Opportunity and Work Health and Safety legislation.
Special Conditions
A current driver's licence and the willingness to drive to site is a requirement
Some out of hours work may be required
Inter and Intra-state travel may be required
The Successful applicant is required to hold or be able to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) Child-related employment clearance prior
