What is the Opportunity? Due to recent growth in the business, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced On-site Service Technician to join our passionate, highly driven and successful Service Team based in Western Australia.
As an On-site Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing Arjo equipment within a hospital environment.
We are looking for a person to: Carry out installation, maintenance, repairs and testing of Arjo's range of products (medical equipment).
Conduct routine scheduled servicing (Preventative and Reactive).
Install systems to full working capacity and ensure operators are aware of operating and emergency procedures.
Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
Maintain and report spare parts stock accurately in the service ERP system.
Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Company Policy.
Support regional travel requirements to cover leave or business requirements when required.
The skills you will need: Proven mechanical and/or electronics and problem-solving skills.
2-5 years' proven service experience preferably within the Healthcare or service-related sector.
Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Demonstrated ability to operate small hand tools, soldering, power tools and test/inspection equipment.
The ability to understand the customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Strong time management skills with an ability to meet company performance targets/KPIs.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service, be well presented, confident and sensitive when interacting with staff and clients.
The ability to work without direct supervision yet within a team environment.
A current WA driver's licence (Class C) is essential.
Due to the role working in hospitals and aged care facilities, you are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to commence in this role.
