Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to manage and perform pre-delivery inspections, scheduled servicing, and repairs on our range of Magni telehandlers. The role involves comprehensive equipment maintenance, from hydraulics diagnostics to software updates, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and safety according to OEM specifications.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct pre-delivery inspections and prepare new machines for client use. Perform scheduled servicing and thorough inspections of Magni equipment. Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, electrical components, and mechanical issues. Calibrate machines to meet precise specifications. Ensure effective communication with all internal and external customers. Complete all necessary service documentation accurately. Supervise and provide guidance to subcontractors on maintenance tasks when needed. Represent the company professionally in interactions with significant clients. Engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement, including software updates for diagnostic tools. Skills and Qualifications: Possession of a relevant Mechanic Trade Certificate. Experience with hydraulic systems preferred. Familiarity with diagnostic software; willingness to undergo training as needed. Proficient in basic to intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to interpret schematic drawings. Preferred but not essential: High Risk License – EWP, C6 License. Basic understanding of auto-electrical systems. Valid Driver's License. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication abilities. Capable of working independently and in a team environment. Willingness to travel on short notice and work outside of normal hours due to time differences.
