About the role:   Reporting to the Service Delivery Team Leader, you will be part of NHP's Service Team and will be responsible for the following tasks: Adherence to company and customer site OHS safety standards & procedures and maintain a safe, orderly and clean workplace, using safety precautions and NHP safety system always Effectively and efficiently perform service and maintenance, fault finding, diagnosis, upgrades, commissioning and testing of power products to ensure client satisfaction, whilst complying with strict safety standards.
Provide technical solutions and support to customers and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Produce timely and professional technical service reports regarding assessments and completed work Participation in ongoing and continuous training and development training to deal with new technology and ensure current products are serviced according to NHP standards Promote NHP products and solutions to customers Completion of all administrative duties including writing fault reports, respond to queries and maintain open lines of communication What you will bring to the role:    Technical capability – A Grade Licence & strong electrical background (preferably with onsite/industrial/commercial experience) Proven industrial or commercial onsite Service experience Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment Safety focused approach – site safety, workshop safety & driving Well-developed written and verbal skills (ability to write reports) Willingness to travel – regional and interstate Ability to work flexible hours and be prepared to do weekend work and after hours, when required Medium or High Voltage Maintenance Experience (advantageous but not essential) To be successful for this role, you will be required to complete a Pre-Employment Medical.
