We work with major industrial, government, transport, mining, resources, and utilities across Australia and New Zealand.As a Service Technician, you will be a key member of the Crosscom Technical Services team and be hands-on with clients across industry sectors, understanding their needs and requirements therefore setting them up for success. You will work around servicing, maintenance on both new and existing clients, being an SME on the radio technology, performing contracted servicing, programming, repairs, recalibration of technology, upgrades, and general healthcare checks.What we are looking for:Qualifications in Engineering or Certifications in Electronics & Communications or a related field specific to Radio communications.Previous experience working in a client-facing environment with Two Way radio, preferably with knowledge in P25, DMR, Tetra, or understanding of Motorola technology (Mototrbo).Experience in a Technician/Service based role, with a track record of high-level customer service.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate to all levels of business.Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, fault finding, and decision-making around client's needs to provide expert solutions in sometimes time-critical circumstances.Ability to mentor and guide learning and training on the team, i.e., assist in the development of apprentices.Proven experience working at heights.In return, CSE Crosscom can offer an excellent opportunity to grow your career, with continued growth of our business nationally.
