They are known for their prompt service, quality of work, and professional approach in what they do.BenefitsGenerous hourly rate + Penalties + Work vehicle + Potential relocation assistanceIndustry certification and additional training can be providedVariety of work from workshop repair to infield service and maintenanceFamily-oriented business with flexibility and family valuesAn opportunity to live and work in one of Australia's most desirable locationsAbout the roleAs the pump and irrigation service technician, you will spend your time servicing and rebuilding pumps both in the workshop and infield, meeting with clients to troubleshoot issues, installing pumps, controllers, and irrigation systems plus conducting general site services and maintenance duties.DutiesService, maintain, repair, troubleshoot and disassemble pump and irrigation systemsInstall and maintain irrigation systemsAssess and determine required replacement parts for repairsAssemble and pressure test pumpsConduct site service and maintenance workInstall and commission new systemsSkillsPotentially have a mechanical fitting or diesel trades backgroundMust have sound practical experience with pump and irrigation systemsPreferably have a Cert III in irrigation or a solid industry track recordUnderstand basic schematics and mechanical designsHave sound verbal and written communication skills with a flexible work attitudeA restricted electrical license or HR licence would be a benefit, but not essentialCulture of the branchThere is a friendly and supportive attitude in the business, as a family organization they understand the need to be flexible at times with personal family commitments.
