Responsibilities:Stripping, assessing, rebuilding, and testing mechanical seals, couplings, and associated equipmentConsistent and timely completion of Service-related documentation including repair work quotations and parts planningScheduling jobs for repair and prioritizing workComplete inspection and test plans consistent with meeting the required corporate compliance standardsCollecting and providing information to the team for successful delivery solutions to customersAssist in root cause analysis investigationsOffer troubleshooting advice and reliability solutions in conjunction and collaboration with company technical personnel as requiredComplete periodic reporting requirements as agreed with managementCapable of managing and maintaining a clean workshop to cooperate standardsWork with sales and technical support staff in generating business opportunitiesWork with document control systemsAttend customer sites to provide Service-related support as requiredDevelopment and maintenance of systems and computer skills as requiredOther duties as requiredAbility to work autonomously and proactivelyAbility to take responsibility and be accountable for actionsCustomer focused attitude with the ability to understand product enquiries and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholdersEnjoys working in a high pressure, fast pace environmentObjective orientated focus with a passion for delivering resultsAbility to apply CI techniques in the workplaceWorks closely with Internal Sales, Service and Operations TeamsWorking relationships with all JC employees GloballyThe IndividualSkills and Experience:
