About the Role:
This position is pivotal in maintaining a robust customer-focused approach through timely and efficient service delivery that supports the company's overarching objectives. The role involves managing the dissemination of technical information to foster ongoing improvements and excellence in customer service and operational procedures, particularly concerning the reliability and performance of equipment.
Additionally, the role entails implementing strategic service objectives, procedures, and policies in collaboration with the Regional Service Delivery Director/Head of Delivery Support Oceania. This ensures alignment with Group Standards, Values, and the Code of Conduct, thereby contributing significantly to the organization's service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Responsibilities: Adhere to Company's, state, and federal OH&S, EEO laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Achieve objectives and targets aligned with agreed strategies. Follow requirements of relevant ISO Quality, Safety, and Environment Management Systems. Promote and uphold Company's 'Purpose and Values. Competencies: Extensive experience in providing high-level customer service. Proficient in making objective and technical decisions. Familiarity with pumps or equivalent equipment. Electrical expertise including PLC experience. Holds an Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect License. Background in hands-on service workshop environments. Knowledgeable about OH&S systems and relevant legislation in service operations. Skilled in using computers and software such as SAP daily. Capable of making evidence-based decisions. Able to work according to action plans. Possesses mechanical aptitude. Qualifications: Mechanical qualifications and/or relevant experience.
