Service Technician – Passive/Fire Doors

It provides specialist fire protection applications, products, service and installation across the building & construction, mining, and marine sectors.
We are growing and are currently seeking a Multiskilled Fire Technician to be responsible for routine inspection, testing with resulting repairs and maintenance works of Fire Alarms, Fire Doors, Fire Equipment, Plumbing and Passive Fire Protection Elements for our existing customer base in the Dubbo and surrounding region.
Experience in testing and servicing within the fire protection industry and other fire services including but not limited to fire alarms, extinguishers, vehicle fire suppression systems, hose reels, smoke alarms, pumps and hydrants, fire doors and /or passive will be highly regarded.
However full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key qualities we are looking for in this role include:
A strong focus on safety Strong focus on quality and client satisfaction Good personal presentation Plumbing or Passive Fire Experience is preferred A current Driver's license (required) A willingness to multi-skill into other areas of fire protection The position will require the successful candidate to be available to participate in the callout roster and be available to travel to regional surrounding areas from time to time.
