As a Service Technician , you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance and safety of essential medical equipment, providing maintenance and repair services that enhance the mobility and quality of life for individuals.
Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair medical mobility equipment on-site.
Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining equipment to the highest standards, ensuring optimal functionality.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery and continual improvement.
Maintain detailed records of all service activities, providing insights on equipment performance and repair needs.
Follow all safety and compliance standards related to medical equipment servicing.
What You Bring Proven experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining medical or technical equipment.
Full working rights in Australia (No sponsorship available).
Previous Australian work experience is required.
Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance procedures related to equipment servicing.
High school diploma, technical certification, or equivalent experience.
What You'll Do Every Day Perform diagnostics and repairs on medical mobility equipment.
Work closely with customers to provide updates on service activities and offer recommendations for equipment care.
Accurately complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and improve service processes.
