Diverseco is seeking a highly organised and professional Service Technician to join our Port Adelaide team.

Our capabilities span from project design to project implementation across robotics automation solutions to industrial measurement solutions, training, service, and support Our Field Service Technicians are fully qualified with access to industry-specific, product-specific, and nationally accredited training and are expected to utilise Mechanical, Electrical or Electrotechnology trade-engineering knowledge whilst maintaining good customer relationships on a day-to-day basis.
They are adaptable and flexible, doing what needs to be done, at the times and locations required.
About The Role: Carry out installation of new equipment and assist other technicians or sales staff with installations as required Be responsive in troubleshooting equipment and performing corrective maintenance in breakdown situations Be prepared to travel to the locations of the work as determined by workload and customer location at the time of service Carry out routine maintenance and repairs in accordance with guidelines and locally determined schedules Ensure compliance with all facets of Trade Measurement Legislation and quality assurance standards Ensure accurate and on the job timekeeping and records management on our company mobile devices Assembly, testing, and packaging of goods for sale, hire or repair as required in the workshop Attend and complete any onsite and off-site training requirements which have been identified Maintain a professional 'can do attitude', strong personal presentation and ensure that your work area and car is clean and tidy Operate vehicle in a safely manner e.g.
ensure that employee safety is regarded in the highest priority with zero major/lost time injuries Ensure that all reports are completed comprehensively and accurately About You: Mechanical or Electrical or Electrotechnology trade certificate is desirable.
A current unrestricted Australian driver's licence and can drive a manual car.
Hold full working rights within Australia.
Prepared to complete a Medical Assessment including D&A to determine suitability (physically) for the role.
