What we offer:Flexible work conditionsSuper on all hours workedRetention bonusCompany-paid Income ProtectionUnlimited career opportunitiesPaid parental leave for primary and non-primary carersAbove NES long service leaveYears of service recognition awardsTraining and mentorship opportunitiesAs a Service Technician, you will be responsible for:Creating and developing strong relationships with customers and team membersCarrying out specialised repairs and maintenance work on Epiroc's range of underground mining equipment but will be predominantly focused on the ST18 and ST14 Automated loadersCarrying out service and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and RCS systemsYou will be the primary single point of contact on a daily basis so customer service is the highest prioritySolve complex equipment-related issues including diagnostic fault findingProviding a high level of technical product support while dealing face to face with our primary customerComply with Epiroc and customer SHEQ and WHS requirementsIdeally, you will possess the following experience and qualifications:Mechanical, heavy diesel, electrical or hydraulic trade qualifications or similar.Customer-facing experience or similarExtensive experience in the maintenance of surface and underground mobile mining equipment, hydraulic repairs, diagnostics, and low voltage electrical repairs.Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience.Heavy mobile plant equipment rebuildsProven ability to troubleshoot and fault find complex electrical, mechanical and hydraulic problemsEpiroc's surface and underground product experience will be highly regardedPrevious experience on the Epiroc loader products will be considered in high regardPrevious exposure to the Epiroc Automation System will also be highly regardedThe successful candidate must be a strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills. A positive attitude and commitment to all areas of service operations are essential to the job.
