What we offer: Flexible work conditions Super on all hours worked Retention bonus Company-paid Income Protection Unlimited career opportunities Paid parental leave for primary and non-primary carers Above NES long service leave Years of service recognition awards Training and mentorship opportunities As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for: Creating and developing strong relationships with customers and team members Carrying out specialised repairs and maintenance work on Epiroc's range of underground mining equipment but will be predominantly focussed on the ST18 and ST14 Automated loaders Carrying out service and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and RCS systems You will be the primary single point of contact on a daily basis so customer service is the highest priority Solve complex equipment-related issues including diagnostic fault finding Providing a high level of technical product support while dealing face to face with our primary customer Comply with Epiroc and customer SHEQ and WHS requirements Ideally, you will possess the following experience and qualifications: Mechanical, heavy diesel, electrical or hydraulic trade qualifications or similar.
Customer-facing experience or similar Extensive experience in the maintenance of surface and underground mobile mining equipment, hydraulic repairs, diagnostics, and low voltage electrical repairs.
Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience.
Heavy mobile plant equipment rebuilds Proven ability to troubleshoot and fault find complex electrical, mechanical and hydraulic problems Epiroc's surface and underground product experience will be highly regarded Previous experience on the Epiroc loader products will be considered in high regard Previous exposure to the Epiroc Automation System will also be highly regarded The successful candidate must be a strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills.
