We are currently looking for a Service Technician who will be responsible for maintaining and repairing pool equipment and systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and the highest quality of service.
Join an established & well-respected company with a people-focused cultureAward rates + Super + Overtime opportunitiesJoin a company that will invest in your skills and career developmentResponsibilities:Maintain and service pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters systems.Diagnose and repair malfunctions in pool equipment and systems.Replace and repair defective parts and components.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing clients' inquiries and concerns professionally.Maintain accurate records of services, parts used, and customer interactions.Inventory management.About You:Strong mechanical or technical aptitude.Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Requirements:Valid manual driver's license.The ideal candidate for this role will have a customer-focused attitude, a strong technical background, a commitment to safety, and attention to detail.
