Service Technician

Cookes Pools & Spas is a dynamic company specialising in constructing, installing, and servicing swimming pools and spas.

Diagnose and repair malfunctions in pool equipment and systems.
Replace and repair defective parts and components.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing clients' inquiries and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of services, parts used, and customer interactions.
Inventory management.
About You: Strong mechanical or technical aptitude.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Requirements: Valid manual driver's license.
 The ideal candidate for this role will have a customer-focused attitude, a strong technical background, a commitment to safety, and attention to detail.
