What is the opportunity? A fantastic opportunity now exists for a Service Technician to join our highly successful Service Team at Dubbo NSW on a Permanent Full Time Basis. The focus of this role is to carry out the maintenance, repairs, and testing of equipment including beds, patient hoists, wheelchairs, motorised scooters, and a wide range of medical equipment and health aids.
Role Responsibilities: Completing repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service Preparing clear and concise service records Maintaining the company vehicle in good condition Ensuring van inventory is adequate to complete required repairs Maintaining a neat and tidy personal presentation at all times Maintaining the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company Policy Role Requirements: Mechanical or Service Technician background preferred, but not essential Field experience preferably within the Healthcare or service-related sector A strong desire to achieve a high level of professional customer service The ability and desire to understand the customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions A high standard of communication skills The ability to work independently, whilst contributing to team results Strong time management and punctuality skills Current and valid Driver's License A competitive market salary Opportunity to earn a bonus A friendly and professional working environment Accredited product training If you are interested in working in the Health and Aged Care industry, then look no further.
