The focus of this role is to carry out the maintenance, repairs, and testing of equipment including beds, patient hoists, wheelchairs, motorised scooters, and a wide range of medical equipment and health aids.Role Responsibilities:Completing repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer servicePreparing clear and concise service recordsMaintaining the company vehicle in good conditionEnsuring van inventory is adequate to complete required repairsMaintaining a neat and tidy personal presentation at all timesMaintaining the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company PolicyRole Requirements:Mechanical or Service Technician background preferred, but not essentialField experience preferably within the Healthcare or service-related sectorA strong desire to achieve a high level of professional customer serviceThe ability and desire to understand the customer's needs and provide appropriate solutionsA high standard of communication skillsThe ability to work independently, whilst contributing to team resultsStrong time management and punctuality skillsCurrent and valid Driver's LicenseA competitive market salaryOpportunity to earn a bonusA friendly and professional working environmentAccredited product trainingIf you are interested in working in the Health and Aged Care industry, then look no further.
