About the Role: Join the Morningside Service Department at Downtown Toyota as we expand into our new state-of-the-art workshop. As a Service Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to Toyota's high standards, ensuring our customers receive top-tier service every time. You'll be part of a supportive and innovative team, with opportunities for continuous learning and career progression.
In this role, you will: Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles efficiently using advanced tools and technology. Perform repairs in line with Toyota's warranty and quality standards. Communicate clearly with the Workshop Foreman regarding required repairs and services. Document work accurately in our system, ensuring compliance with service procedures. Stay updated on Toyota's technical bulletins and evolving automotive technologies. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, working closely with other technicians and apprentices. About You: Technically Proficient: You have hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Communicative: You're a team player with excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical details clearly to colleagues. Results-Oriented: You're dedicated to providing top-quality service and exceeding customer expectations. Qualified: You hold relevant trade qualifications and a manual driver's licence. Experience within a Toyota dealership and a Road Worthy Certifier qualification are highly regarded, but not essential. You hold a Valid Manual Driver's License and must be eligible to work in Australia.
