JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: To carry out service activity, repairs and maintenance for day to day customer requirements.
Maintenance and upkeep of workshop, service vehicles, equipment and tools as well as general housekeeping of the service area of the factory and yard at the branch, paying close attention to, and rectifying any areas that may have adverse health, safety or environmental impact.
Maintain a true and concise record of timesheets and company forms required as part of daily duties and use technology provided to the full extent requested as part of this role.
Work in accordance with current HSE regulations and NOV Australia 'Health and Safety Policy' at all times while on site or off site, and report all non- conforming situations that are identified, to the Health and Safety Officer via the Service Manager.
Comply to all company policies and procedures.
Be available for flexible start and finish times and overtime due to the nature of the role and the customers' requirements.
Be available to travel to, and stay out on site if required, to complete service, repair or installation jobs.
Perform such other duties, relevant to the position, as may be necessary.
Your skills and experience would include: Knowledge and experience with helical rotor pumps Experience working on HR pumps underground Experience with electric motors would also be an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to streamline internal communications.
Highly motivated with the ability to plan, schedule and manage time efficiently.
Have the commitment to adhere to the companies Quality and HSE policies and procedures National Police Certificate with clean record (completed on acceptance of role) Be open to work overtime as required.
Relevant trade qualification required Current West Australian manual driver's license is required.
Current West Australian forklift license is required.
