Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Service team in Darwin, NT Australia. This position will be responsible for the install and service of a variety of doors and related materials, equipment, and control devices.
What You Will Do
Carry out corrective service and preventative maintenance on a range of equipment in a professional and customer-oriented manner Install dormakaba equipment in commercial buildings Service equipment to the customers' ongoing satisfaction and set minimum performance standards Project a customer service image through competent service procedures, professional personal presentation, and good communication with all customers Maintain accurate service data through diligent and timely use of service documentation and technical data
What We Require
Current Australian Driver's License Mechanical Knowledge
What We Prefer
Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic electrical knowledge and experience Background in trades
