We are seeking a full time Service Technician to join our team in Albury NSW.
As the Service Technician , your primary objectives are to service, repair, and deliver and/or pick up mobility & healthcare equipment in private homes, aged care facilities and hospitals and to ensure that all documentation matters relating to service, repair and maintenance are achieved.
A National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check are required for this position.
Primary Responsibilities:
Inspect and diagnose faults in a range of healthcare equipment including hospital beds, lift chairs, walkers and scooters. Service and repair mobility & healthcare equipment in private homes or facilities. Undertake efficient scheduling, time management and administrative duties. Deliver excellence in customer service to a diverse range of people including individual in home clients or professional facilities. Test and Tag equipment in the warehouse, at facilities and individual homes in accordance with Australian Safety Standards. Undertake stock management and control. Travel within the region to service, repair and deliver equipment. Undertake training as required. Skills & Experience:
Unrestricted drivers licence. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Good written and verbal communication skills. Aptitude to learn how to build, repair and maintain mobility and health care equipment. A capacity to perform manual work, and to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external contacts. Ability to travel during working hours. Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain. Full COVID-19 vaccination or Medical Exemption is required for this role. Job Perks and Benefits:
