The Role: We're seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team in North Brisbane, Sunshine Coast or Hervey Bay Regions .
This is a permanent, full-time position where you'll play a critical role in maintaining and servicing our extensive product range.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager (QLD/NSW), your responsibilities will include: Preventative and scheduled maintenance of HVAC systems Diagnosing faults, malfunctions, and breakdowns and executing repairs with precision Providing essential warranty support and technical expertise Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes Delivering expert technical support to both customers and the Sales Team Upholding rigorous safety standards as outlined in company policies What You Bring: We're looking for someone with hands-on expertise and a proactive approach.
You'll need: Trade Qualification – Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Dual Trade Qualification (Refrigeration/Electrical Restricted) – highly regarded A valid driver's license Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and time management skills Experience handling breakdowns and maintenance across a variety of HVAC systems Ability to work both independently and within a team Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers This role is a unique opportunity to become an essential part of a growing, innovative team at the forefront of HVAC and Smart Home technology.
