About the Role: We have an opportunity at our Townsville branch for a Service Technician (Field).
A varied role that will see you working on a range of equipment across John Deere Construction, Forestry machinery and Vermeer Equipment.This field-based role will entail general service and repairs to major overhauls and new machine assembly.
You will have the opportunity to work on: Graders, Excavators, Loaders, Skid Steers, ADT's, DozersVermeer equipmentCompact Construction EquipmentYou will bring the following skills and experience to the role: Mechanical Trade CertificateGreat communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsPrevious experience of engine overhauls and major repairs including electrical, hydraulic and diagnostic skillsA current and valid driver's licenceA mature attitude and logical and methodical approach to your work which will enable you to work through problems in both a workshop and field environmentPossession of high-risk work tickets and/or licenses would be an advantageYour application: Prospective candidates are advised that interviews will commence immediately, and we enjoy a fast, easy and transparent hiring process.
